Bbq sliders in Greensboro on Flickr.
Greensboro’s ballpark had perfect weather yesterday, and the barbecue sliders weren’t bad, either. I still don’t understand why the good people of North Carolina think vinegar-based slaw is an appropriate topping for slow-cooked pig, however. (Vinegar is FANTASTIC as one element in a marinade, of course.) After all, everyone else in the world seems to understand that either something predominantly sweet or predominantly hot-spiced is the way to go.
